A Constructive Life
The premise of this work is we are capable of greater intentionality in generating who we aspire to become and the life we wish to live. We can do this through a general process involving developing some foundations about aspects of life, building a rich story on those foundations and then building habits aligned to that story and which further enrich it. These notes introduce some of the main concepts used in this approach to living a constructive life.
They do not offer a full explanation of these principles rather they provide a basic understanding of what is involved.
